On the other hand, only 70 of the total respondents were dissatisfied with this particular caretaking service. This question is yet another expansion of the earlier question. This question was aimed to analyze the satisfaction and dissatisfaction level of respondents regarding the maintenance of communal lighting. Through this particular question, it was found that only 72 of the respondents were personally dissatisfied with the maintenance of communal lighting; component of caretaking services. On the other hand, the number of respondents satisfied with this particular service was more than double as compared to respondents that were dissatisfied (i.e. 183), representing 69 percent of the total respondents. To further analyze the personal satisfaction and dissatisfaction level of respondents they were inquired regarding the cleaning of rubbish chute areas by the caretaking services. The responses provided by the respondents gave a lot of exposure as it was found that only 70 out of 266 respondents were highly satisfied with this service.
